Youth Band
In the early fifties a youth section was formed during John Childs time as conductor and the name was changed to reflect this.
Cross Keys Silver and Youth Band
Since then the youth band has had many successes in local and national competitions and has the distinction of being the only youth band to rise to championship status.

Learners section
The junior and learners section meet in the band room alongside Cross Keys rugby club every Thursday at 6 PM during school term time, you don’t have to miss out on your holidays if you come and join us.
Instruments and tuition are provided so why not drop in and have a go, you’ll find us a friendly bunch covering a wide range of ages.
