Cross Keys Silver Band is a competing 2nd section brass band based in South Wales. They can often be found playing in the local parks and other outdoor locations throughout Caerphilly County and surrounding areas during the summer and will normally entertain the christmas shoppers at local supermarkets and fayres throughout the winter.
If you’d like to book Cross Keys Silver Band, we are available for certain events and have played for weddings, birthdays and other local events. Prices do vary so it’s best to contact us with your requirements in advance to ensure that we can accommodate your needs and to prevent disappointment.
On December 21, 2010 Cross Keys Silver Band received it’s registered charity number – 1139417. This is something that The Band have been looking to gain for quite some time.
The band are committed to working hard throughout the year to raise money that helps towards the running cost of the band room and instrument repairs amongst other things. A CD album has recently been recorded and is available to buy from the bandroom and Risca Post Office.
When & Where
Cross Keys Silver Band hold rehearsals on Tuesday and Friday evenings at at 19:30 until 21:30 at Pandy Park (Cross Keys RFC). You can get directions to the bandroom from the Google map below.

The bandroom is within walking distance from Cross Keys train station and is not far from local bus routes. As the bandroom shares it’s grounds with Crosskeys RFC, there is ample parking outside.
